About Me |
HI! My Name is Tracie Kroenert!
Welcome to my Digital Portfolio! I am glad you are here! Let me tell you a little about myself! |
Hello!Welcome to my digital portfolio! My name is Tracie Kroenert! I am a mother of 3 beautiful daughters and a career educator that is a life-long learner, growth minded, 21st century, student driven, digital leader and educational conservationist.
I went into the field of education and have stayed there for most of my career for a very simple (albeit perhaps somewhat cliché) reason - I want to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I am now adding to my career portfolio by working on a second Masters in Fisheries and Wildlife Conservation. While there are many fields in which I could accomplish my initial goal, I feel that education has been the one in which I was able to have the greatest impact and now I feel that I can add even more to that in the field of conservation. Every day, children and people around the world are being told that they aren't good enough, or that they just "can't" or "one person can't make a difference". As an educator and conservationist, I feel I have a positive platform from which to dispel that fallacy. As a career educator and upcoming conservationist, I am a positive and energetic individual who is passionate about student success and animal conservation, and I am dedicated to providing the best conservation information to stakeholders and first-rate education to children and the best of each type of climate to all shareholders. I have good people and organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under many demands. I am an accomplished, experienced, dedicated conservation and educational professional with a diversified background at all school levels including an alternative high school setting. Certified in two states, offering years of achievement in developing productive student-focused and data-driven environments, maximize learning experiences, being a team player in promoting genuine conservation efforts and positive school culture for all stakeholders that include shared visions and continuous improvements for all. My Texas educational certifications are EC-12 Principal, EC-12 Counselor, 4-8 Generalist and ESL Supplemental with a Masters in Educational Leadership and am pursuing my second Masters in Fisheries and Wildlife Conservation through Oregon State University. I am seeking a Wildlife Conservation position or an Administrative, Counseling, Non-Traditional Instructional or Teaching position either remotely or within a public school in the North Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. In this portfolio, I hope you will find everything you want to know about my philosophy and views of conservation and education, my educational style, and many aspects of the learning I have completed so far. Hopefully, in navigating this portfolio, you will come to understand who I am as an educator and conservationist. My goal is to highlight the strengths that make me a passionate, efficient and useful addition to any conservation and/or educational team. I am happy to provide more information upon request. I look forward to hearing from any prospective employers. :) “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” -John Quincy Adams
