Whether they label themselves as such or not, schools and people in society today are generally inclusive. As I see it, inclusion can be incredibly beneficial or incredibly detrimental, depending on a conservationist's/educator's attitude and approach. Including students with special needs into one's class is a challenging job, but I believe that, in a few simple steps, it is entirely possible. The following model depicts some of the aspects of inclusion I deem most important in any setting.
